I’m so tired of people assuming that if you’re overweight, you can’t move or exercise. I’m in the gym 3-4 times a week and I know a lot of other Plus Size Princesses are too, so lets meet up and do a high intensity workout together My next FREE event, “Cardio & Curvy Conversations” is happening on Saturday, October 27th from 2-4pm at New York Sports Club!
This event is open to TBGB readers of all sizes (yes, skinnies too), so feel free to sign up! We will do a 1 hour workout with my favorite trainer, Anthony Truly, followed by an interactive chat on fitness, weight loss and of course, dating.
